必ず当選された番号でお申し込みください。他の番号でお申し込みいただくと当選が取り消されることがあります。 (You must register using the exact winning number provided. If you apply with a different number, your prize may be canceled.
本イベントは1人1枚申請が原則であり、同伴人がいる場合は申請書に該当人員の情報を一緒に記載してください。 (同伴者がいない場合は「なし」で作成してください。) (Each person may apply for only one ticket. If you are bringing a companion, please include their information in the application form.
募集締切日までに当選者と同伴者の両方の申請が完了しなければならず、イベント当日は申請者本人のQRコードを通じて入場が行われます。事前申込が欠落した場合、現場の入場はできませんので、この点にご注意ください。 (Both applications (winner and companion) must be completed before the deadline. Entry to the event will be granted via your personal QR code, so prior registration is mandatory. Failure to register in advance will result in denial of entry on the day of the event.)
当選者と同伴者の両方がそれぞれ申請書を作成する必要があり、お互いの同伴者情報が一致しない場合、当選は無効になります。 (Both the winner and their companion must submit separate application forms. If the companion information does not match between the two, the application will be disqualified.)
