Life We Live Ticket Reservation and Viewing Guide
[Reservation Guide]
Ticket Reservation Period: September 7, 20:00 – October 24, 13:59
Only one QR code will be issued per reservation. (Even if one person reserves multiple tickets, only one QR code will be issued.)
Ticket cancellations, changes, and refunds are only possible through the original booking site.
Please note that cancellations, changes, and refunds are not possible after the reservation period ends.
Purchasing tickets through channels other than official retailers, transferring tickets, or purchasing tickets with additional fees are strictly prohibited.
Tickets purchased through illegal channels cannot be canceled or refunded, and may be invalidated without prior notice or subject to legal action.
The parties involved in the transaction bear full responsibility for any damages resulting from illegal transactions; the organizers, promoters, and booking sites are not liable. Please be advised that we cannot resolve any issues arising from such activities.
[Reservation Guide] [Wheelchair Seating Reservation Guide]
Wheelchair seats are areas without chairs and are available for reservation only to wheelchair users and audience members accompanied by guide dogs.
These seats can be used by up to two people, including one accompanying person.
Reservations for wheelchair seats and viewing with guide dogs can be made after making an inquiry via the HYPETOWN APP.
[Wristband Distribution Guide]
Ticket booth operating hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Subject to change depending on on-site conditions.)
When booking for multiple people, verification of all members is mandatory. Wristband distribution may be restricted if members are not verified or are not accompanied.
Wristbands are issued only upon the initial exchange and cannot be redistributed under any circumstances thereafter.
The ticket booth is expected to be very crowded, so please arrive well in advance to prevent entry delays.
[Entry Guide]
Entry is permitted after verifying your wristband. (Entry is not permitted without a wristband for any reason.)
Entry is permitted starting 60 minutes before the performance begins. (However, this is subject to change depending on the situation at the venue.)
Entry to certain areas may be restricted after the performance begins. Please arrive with ample time to spare, as entry may be delayed due to congestion at the gates as the performance approaches.
Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded on the day of the performance for any reason, including delayed entry.
Please follow the instructions of the staff to enter.
[Performance Viewing Guidelines]
This performance operates on a designated seating system.
You may only view the performance from your reserved seat, and moving to other seats is prohibited.
Please understand that the seating chart is for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual layout.
Official video recording will be conducted, and the view from some seats may be restricted due to the recording equipment.
Ticket cancellations, exchanges, or refunds due to this are not possible, so please take note of this when making your reservation.
During the performance, audience members' faces may be recorded or exposed in the video; this is considered as consent to filming upon ticket reservation.
Broadcasting the performance via live streaming platforms such as YouTube Live or Instagram Live is prohibited. Please refrain from any behavior that disturbs or inconveniences other audience members. Repeated violations may result in expulsion. Ticket cancellations and refunds are not available upon expulsion.
[Prohibited Items]
The following items are prohibited. Please be sure to check the list, as entry may be restricted if these are brought in.
Items that may pose a threat to others (weapons, fireworks, flagpoles, banners made of hard materials, etc.)
Glass bottles, cans
Portable horns, whistles
Food is prohibited (however, water in PET bottles of 500ml or less is permitted)
[Pet Restrictions]
Pets are prohibited inside the performance venue. However, guide dogs for the visually impaired are permitted; please inform an on-site staff member for assistance.
