Life We Live Ticket Reservation & Viewing Guide [Ticket Reservation Guide] Ticket reservation period: September 7, 20:00 ~ October 24, 13:59 Only 1 QR code will be issued per reservation. (Even when reserving 2 tickets per person, only 1 QR code is issued) Ticket cancellations, changes, and refunds are only available through the official vendor where you reserved. Please note that cancellations, changes, and refunds are not possible after the reservation deadline. Purchasing tickets through channels other than official vendors, ticket transfers, and purchases with additional fees are strictly prohibited. Tickets purchased through unauthorized channels cannot be canceled or refunded, and may be invalidated without prior notice or subject to legal action. Damages from illegal transactions are entirely the responsibility of the parties involved, and the organizers/promoters and ticket vendors bear no responsibility. Please note that we cannot resolve issues arising from this. [Wheelchair Accessible Seating Reservation Guide] Wheelchair accessible seating is a space without chairs, available only for wheelchair users and audience members accompanied by service dogs. Up to 2 people, including 1 companion, can use these seats. Reservations for wheelchair accessible seats and viewing with service dogs are available after inquiring through the HYPETOWN APP. [Entry Wristband Distribution Guide] Ticket booth operating hours: 11:00 ~ 18:00 (Subject to change depending on onsite conditions.) When making a multi-person reservation, identity verification of all reserved individuals is required. Wristband distribution may be restricted if unverified or unaccompanied. Entry wristbands are issued only upon initial exchange and will not be reissued under any circumstances afterwards. The ticket booth is expected to be very crowded, so please arrive with plenty of time to prevent delays in entry. [Entry Guide] Entry is allowed after verifying the entry wristband. (Entry is strictly prohibited for any reason without a wristband.) Entry begins 60 minutes before the performance starts. (Subject to change depending on onsite conditions.) Entry to certain areas may be restricted after the performance starts, and entry may be delayed due to gate congestion close to showtime, so please arrive with plenty of time. Please note that same-day ticket exchanges and refunds are not possible for any reason, including delayed entry. Please enter following the guidance of the staff. [Performance Viewing Guide] This performance is operated entirely with assigned seating. You may only view the performance from your reserved seat, and moving to other seats is prohibited. Please understand that the seating chart is for reference and may differ slightly from the actual setup. Official video recording will take place, and view from some seats may be restricted due to filming equipment. Ticket cancellations, exchanges, and refunds due to this are not possible, so please keep this in mind when reserving. Audience members' faces may be recorded or exposed in videos during the performance, which is deemed as consent to filming upon ticket reservation. Live broadcasting of the performance via real-time streaming such as YouTube Live or Instagram Live is prohibited. Please refrain from actions that disturb or cause discomfort to other audience members; repeated infractions may lead to removal from the venue. In case of removal, ticket cancellations and refunds are not possible. [Prohibited Items Guide] Prohibited items are listed below. Please be sure to check, as entry may be restricted if brought in.
